Your submission overview for Edition No. 2
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who shared their work with us. We’re blown away by the creativity, courage, and vision you brought to the table. Your submissions are not just entries — they’re stories, perspectives, and moments we’re honored to experience.
During the evaluation phase, it’s not possible to edit your profile or create a new one. Once the jury completes its review, you’ll be able to make updates again. Submissions will remain as they are — a time capsule of your work at this moment.
The Artist Directory is gradually rolled out. If you’d like to be listed, toggle your “visibility” to “on.” This feature is currently available to artists who submitted to one of our open calls. Just the beginning — more features and discoveries to come.
You retain full copyright of your work! By submitting, you grant The AI Art Magazine a non-exclusive license to publish your art in print, digital formats, and promotional materials. We aim to uplift and showcase your creations, not profit from them. Please read the permission details.
In July, our jury will review all entries. Selected contributions will be published in Issue No. 2 of The AI Art Magazine, coming in September. We’ll be in touch with everyone — whether selected or not.
50 works will be selected. Selected pieces will be printed and distributed worldwide. Among them, 11 artists will receive a Golden Ticket — a personal selection by the jury.
Our jury evaluates each submission based on creativity, originality, and technical innovation. We are looking for works that open new doors in AI-generated art and embrace bold, fresh approaches. Both artistic vision and mastery of AI tools are considered. The goal is to present a diverse collection that showcases the full range and potential of AI art in all its facets.
The "Golden Ticket" gives each juror the chance to highlight a piece that brings a unique, perhaps unexpected, perspective. These selections complement the curated works, ensuring that art outside of the consensus is also featured. This way, we capture the full breadth of AI creativity and bring to light distinctive voices that might otherwise remain unseen.

In the age of intelligent systems, art isn’t just changing in form—it’s evolving in meaning. It’s no longer just a snapshot of its time, but a signal of how we think, process, and respond to the world. The context matters more than ever. Contemporary art theory and curatorial research make it clear: when artists articulate their intent, methods, and mindset, it opens a window into how art thinks—and builds an archive of the moment it reflects.
That’s where the Statement of Truth comes in. It’s an invitation to go beyond the work and share the why behind it:
What ideas, doubts, or systems shape your creative code?
What does it mean to work with AI as a medium you choose, direct, and redefine through your own lens?
Beyond the work you submitted – what would you describe as your artistic truth?
We believe these voices are essential. They don’t just complement the work; they frame it, stretch it, and future-proof it. At a time when the boundary between truth and fiction is increasingly fluid, your statement becomes a timestamp—an artifact of intention in a world of automated output.
Write what’s true for you.
Be bold, poetic, fragmented, clear.
There’s no format, only honesty.
Because the archive we’re building isn’t just about AI-generated art—it’s about the minds navigating it, shaping it, challenging it in real time.

The Artist Directory was created to give visibility to artists who work with and around AI — whether they’ve been featured in the magazine or not. It’s part of our effort to document this evolving field and support the people shaping it. The directory helps others discover your work, read your perspective, and understand your practice.
If you choose to be listed, your public profile may include your name (or artist name), your statement, and — if selected — an artwork and background information connected to your submission. We may also display your location and social media handles if you provided them. Your contact details, such as your email, will never be shown. Visitors will be able to find your profile through a public search on our website.
You’re not listed by default — only if you turn it on. You can update or remove your listing at any time from your dashboard. There’s no deadline, and no obligation. It’s entirely up to you.
This setting affects your visibility in the public Artist Directory only — not your submission itself.
If you choose to be listed, we may show your name (or artist name), location, and social media handles if you’ve provided them.
You can only make your profile visible after submitting for either Edition 1 or Edition 2. The Artist Directory is reviewed before publication, so it may take some time for your profile to go live. The directory is being rolled out step by step, features may evolve as we go.
