Your submission overview for Edition No. 3
A single, fixed work or a coherent series created with or through artificial intelligence that exists as one frame and is not time based or in motion. This category includes still images such as digital paintings, photographs, renders, or or representations of sculptural works.
A time based work created with or through artificial intelligence that unfolds through sequence, duration, or narrative. This category includes video, animation, and screen based works presented through a representative still image and a short video excerpt.
A work created with or through artificial intelligence that is experienced in space through presence, scale, or interaction. This category includes installations, performances, and immersive or mixed media environments presented through photographic documentation and supporting video material.

Our jury evaluates each submission based on creativity, originality, and technical innovation. We are looking for works that open new doors in AI-generated art and embrace bold, fresh approaches. Both artistic vision and mastery of AI tools are considered. The goal is to present a diverse collection that showcases the full range and potential of AI art in all its facets.
The "Golden Ticket" gives each juror the chance to highlight a piece that brings a unique, perhaps unexpected, perspective. These selections complement the curated works, ensuring that art outside of the consensus is also featured. This way, we capture the full breadth of AI creativity and bring to light distinctive voices that might otherwise remain unseen.

read moreThank you for taking part in Edition No. 3 of The AI Art Magazine. We see submissions not as entries to be ranked, but as moments of practice and signals from artists working at the edge of perception, technology, and space. We are grateful you chose to share yours.
During the evaluation phase, it’s not possible to edit your profile or create a new one. Once the jury completes its review, you’ll be able to make updates again. Submissions will remain as they are: a time capsule of your work at this moment.
The Artist Directory is gradually unfolding. If you would like to appear, you can set your visibility to on.
At the moment, the directory is available to artists who have participated in at least one open call. This space will continue to grow with new connections and contexts.
You retain full copyright of your work! By submitting, you grant The AI Art Magazine a non-exclusive license to publish your work in print, digital formats, and promotional materials. We aim to uplift and showcase your creations, not profit from them. Please read the permission details.
In February, our jury will review all submissions for Edition No. 3 of The AI Art Magazine. Selected contributions will be published in the Spring 2026 issue. We will be in touch with all participants once the process is complete, whether selected or not.
A curated selection of works will be published and distributed internationally. All decisions are made by our jury through careful review and dialogue, shaped by the curatorial focus of this edition. Not being selected does not reflect the quality, relevance, or strength of your work. Each submission is received as part of a broader artistic landscape, and many meaningful practices extend beyond the limits of a single publication.
Working with artificial intelligence generates both works and positions. Every work brings with it a stance in relation to systems, tools, and the spaces they open up. This invitation asks you to describe where you are right now, where you are heading, and how the space around your practice currently takes shape. This can be approached as a kind of map.
[ x ] A position you occupy
Fragments and continuities, distances and proximities relative to where you stand.
[ y ] A vector you move along
Directions you follow or resist, forces that guide, pull, or redirect your practice.
[ z ] A space in which your practice unfolds
A coordinate system of how your work currently inhabits, deforms, or reshapes the space around it.

The Artist Directory was created to give visibility to artists who work with and around AI, whether they’ve been featured in the magazine or not. It’s part of our effort to document this evolving field and support the people shaping it. The directory helps others discover your work, read your perspective, and understand your practice.
If you choose to be listed, your public profile may include your name (or artist name), your statement, and — if selected — an artwork and background information connected to your submission. We may also display your location and social media handles if you provided them. Your contact details, such as your email, will never be shown. Visitors will be able to find your profile through a public search on our website.
You’re not listed by default, only if you turn it on. You can update or remove your listing at any time from your dashboard. There’s no deadline, and no obligation. It’s entirely up to you.
This setting only changes how you appear in the public Artist Directory, not your submission. If you choose to be listed, we may show your name (or artist name), location, and social media handles if you’ve provided them.
You can only make your profile visible after submitting for either Edition 1, 2 or 3. The Artist Directory is reviewed before publication, so it may take some time for your profile to go live. The directory is being rolled out step by step, features may evolve as we go.
