Om, from the Divine, this limited universe emerged, and yet the fullness of the Divine was not depleted nor has this universe truly separated from the Divine. This is a paraphrase of an ancient Sanskrit mantra (pūrnamadah pūrnamidam...) which I think nicely sets out the highest potential of art as well as the principle upon which it achieves that. In light of this mantra, we can understand that art can lead us to an infinite, eternal goal, an experience beyond death, and that it is able to do that because this physical-mental universe is not truly separate from the infinite Divine. Om. We can replace "art" with "AI" or "limited self" because they all have the same basis: the expression or play of the Divine Mother in the relative plane of existence, the world.
