Where do you locate yourself in relation to the systems you work with?
In my mostly kinetic installations, my primary interest lies in making complex interrelationships, natural phenomena, and data sets tangible. By transforming information into striking, artistically abstracted experiences, I find access to various subjects. What unites my work is the search for a representation of the invisible. The means are diverse, ranging from graphic design to large-scale installations; however, the works are always shaped by a strongly digitally influenced process.
Where are you heading, and what is pulling you there?
As I am working in-between digital and generative art and graphic design I always want to communicate something through my works. So at the moment I am interested in taking a look into the blackbox of AI and making that tangible for an audience.
How would you describe the space your practice is currently unfolding in?
Somewhere between media art and generative design.
