Description

Traveling through space and time, through renaissance and future... there are many utopias near to us and of course in the future.. on the way to them (in different states, cultures, continents, planets) we will meet different and new creatures, differente lifestyles ... as an architect and traveler with a familiar background of different cultures (German, Polish, Lithuanian) I lived and worked in different countries (Germany, Netherlands, Finland, Switzerland, Spain...traveling in Venezuela, Mexico, China, Morocco, Egypt and Europe by train (e.g. Zurich-Athens, Zurich-Barcelona, Zurich-Minsk-Moscow, Zurich- Bucharest-Istanbul... Zurich-Krakow...Zurich-Zagreb-Dubrovnik-Tirana...) and always was captured by different point of views, utopias ( I worked as an architect in the offices of Enric Miralles and Benedetta Tagliabue in Barcelona and Justus Dahinden in Zurich... the latter made a book about "structures for the cities of tomorrow" in the 60/70ies including incredible floating cities, in the desert etc. of his colleagues like Frei Otto, Arata Isozaki, Kisho Kurokawa, Agustin Hernandez...

Process

As a kid I drew and painted; in an early age I started to dream of a better life between humans, nature, animals and cities.. that later turned into a 63 m long drawing showing a section between palaces and landscapes, filled with boxes with names of the people I met in my life till then... Later I noticed through my work as an architect, that in some way I continue my talents .. an dthen I got notce of Midjourney and tried to create this things of diaspora, traveling, utopia, future, hope etc. in my haead... I already started to print out some of these creations to combine them with this 63 m long drawing of my childhood. Even in my freetime I enjoy archtectural and artistic buildings, landscapes, art and try to capture some moments or buildings with my iphone... sometimes I even bend some creations of mine with some phots of mine... in recent years I could take part in group-exhibitions in Zurich, Geneve and Basel an dsome of my photos or creations with AI were featured in some architectural magazines or mood-books of a company or instagram... I like the processes of developing a design through my work (architect,c ompetitions) and combine it wih my leisure-time..
