Artist Statement

My work explores the shifting threshold between the analog and the digital, between the embodied sensuality of the real and its algorithmic abstraction. I am interested in how perception, memory, and emotion are encoded, compressed, and re-emitted through artistic expression and technological systems, and how these systems in turn become part of our biological and cultural feedback loops. Drawing from self-trained AI, custom protocols, and analog processes, I create works that inhabit points of tension. These occur between signal and noise, prediction and improvisation, representation and sensation. I treat digital artifacts, compression residues, and aliasing not as flaws, but as expressive material, evidence of an entangled condition in which meaning leaks, distorts, and reshapes itself. In this context, art becomes less a monument or a message and more a living substrate: a kind of cultural agar where unexpected forms can emerge and mutate. Through layered, screen-based interventions and participatory structures, I aim to open spaces of attunement, not to escape crisis, but to sense our way through it, together.
