The International AI Art Biennale in Kraków (6–20 March 2026) is a new interdisciplinary event dedicated to creative dialogue and education with AI, combining exhibitions, a scientific conference, performances, artists’ talks, and workshops across several key art and science venues in the city.
Across its programme of exhibitions, conference sessions, performances, artists’ talks, and educational workshops, the Biennale invites audiences to experience AI-generated and AI-related artworks while reflecting on ethics, responsibility, creative intention, and the changing relationship between humans and intelligent systems. Events are distributed across multiple venues in Kraków, including Pałac Potockich and Bunkier Sztuki for exhibitions, Cogiteon for the main conference, Wesoła Immersive for performances and talks, and Apteka Designu for in-depth workshops on AI in art and design. An experimental “Biennale Bot” serves as an AI guide and research tool during the event, mediating between visitors and the programme while contributing to a forthcoming report on artificial intelligence in art, science, and education.
Programme isspread across several central cultural institutions; Pałac Potockich, Bunkier Sztuki, Cogiteon – Małopolskie Centrum Nauki, Wesoła Immersive, and Apteka Designu in Kraków.
