Digital Art Mile is a week-long international event in Basel dedicated to digital, generative, and AI art. The program features exhibitions, a digital art fair, and a public conference series, highlighting the latest developments in digital art, robotics, and artificial intelligence during Art Basel week.
Digital Art Mile transforms Basel’s Rebgasse district into a hub for digital art from June 16 to 22, 2025. Organized by ArtMeta and powered by Tezos, the event brings together artists, galleries, and digital platforms from around the world. Highlights include “Paintboxed,” an exhibition revisiting the legacy of the Quantel Paintbox and its influence on digital art, “Iconoclast” by Osinachi, “Automata” by Bright Moments focusing on robotics and AI, and “We Emotional Cyborgs: On Avatars and AI Agents” curated by Anika Meier for Objkt. The event also features a digital art fair, NFT galleries, and a conference program at Kult Kino Camera with talks on generative art, AI, and the digital art market. All exhibitions and programs are free to attend, making Digital Art Mile a key destination for those interested in the intersection of art and technology.
