Performance Review is a solo exhibition by Jonas Lund at OFFICE IMPART, in which the gallery becomes an AI-governed production system controlled by an autonomous agent, AGENT.
In Performance Review, Jonas Lund extends his ongoing investigation into algorithmic governance, quantified performance and the metrics that shape contemporary work and culture.
OFFICE IMPART becomes a live testing ground where AGENT continuously generates tasks, evaluates outputs and adapts display strategies, turning the gallery into a feedback loop between human artist, artificial agent and audience.
Visitors encounter a workflow in flux: paintings, objects and digital pieces are produced, promoted or discarded according to criteria that are partially transparent, partially opaque.
Throughout the show, Jonas Lund foregrounds questions of authorship, accountability, trust in AI-mediated systems, asking what happens when artistic judgment is outsourced to an automated supervisor and when performance metrics begin to script not only how we work, but what we see.
