AI Art experience
What excites me about integrating AI into my creative pursuits is the incredible potential it offers for exploration and innovation. As someone with a restless mind and a lifelong dream of creating, AI has opened up a world of possibilities I never thought possible. Using tools like MidJourney has inspired me to dive into new styles and techniques, fueling my enthusiasm and pushing me beyond my comfort zone. It’s not just about creating art; it’s about discovering what I can do and learning along the way. AI has also motivated me to embrace software like Photoshop, giving me the tools to refine my ideas and bring them to life. This journey has reignited my passion for creativity, and I feel a sense of excitement and gratitude for the opportunities it provides.
Personal experience
My personal experiences greatly influence the AI-generated art I create. As someone with a restless mind and a strong desire to explore creativity, my background shapes the themes and ideas I pursue. I’ve always dreamed of creating but often felt stuck in familiar patterns. Discovering AI has invigorated my artistic journey, providing new opportunities to express myself. The emotions, challenges, and joys I’ve experienced in life come through in my work. For instance, my eagerness to learn and embrace new techniques drives me to experiment boldly with different styles and concepts. This has allowed me to push the boundaries of my creativity, reflecting my unique perspective on the world. Integrating AI into my process has helped me channel my curiosity and passion into my art. It has transformed my approach, encouraging me to explore narratives and ideas that resonate with my personal journey. Each piece I create embodies a part of who I am, representing my exploration of identity and creativity in this exciting new landscape.
Unexpected thought
The most unexpected thought that’s emerged during my creative journey is how much I’ve learned to embrace spontaneity and exploration. As I’ve dived into different projects, I’ve realized that stepping outside my comfort zone can lead to some of the most exciting discoveries. I’ve found that when I allow myself to experiment, I tap into ideas that I never would have thought of before. Sometimes, it’s the little accidents or unexpected outcomes that inspire me the most, pushing me to rethink my approach and find new ways to express my vision. This journey has reminded me that creativity isn’t about being perfect, it’s about being open to possibilities and trusting my instincts. It’s exciting to see where my ideas can take me when I let go of the pressure to conform to a specific style or outcome.
Description
The inspiration for this artwork stems from the complex dualities in both mythological and religious narratives. On one hand, you have Mary, the mother of Jesus, a symbol of purity, protection, and unconditional love. On the other, a fierce mythological Roman beast, representing chaos, fear, and the untamable forces of nature. The juxtaposition of these two figures highlights a timeless struggle—the eternal conflict between the nurturing aspects of humanity and the darker, primal instincts that live within us all. In creating this, I wanted to explore the tension between the sacred and the profane, and how, in our modern world, these ancient symbols still resonate. The pattern in the background serves as a bridge between the classical and the contemporary, symbolizing the way historical narratives continue to shape our current realities. I was inspired by classical Roman myths and religious iconography, but wanted to inject a modern sense of conflict and contrast, reflecting how these stories, though ancient, still mirror the complexities of human emotion and experience today.
Process
My creative process is all about exploration and spontaneity. I love diving into unexpected combinations and letting my imagination run wild. For this piece, I was intrigued by the contrast between Mary and a mythological creature. It felt like a unique way to express themes of purity and chaos, which often coexist in our lives. Using MidJourney was an exciting starting point, where I could quickly experiment with different visuals and ideas. It felt like brainstorming in a vibrant, imaginative space. From there, I let my instincts take over, fine-tuning the piece in Photoshop to ensure every detail resonated with the story I wanted to tell. This artwork is part of a broader exploration of mythology and spirituality in my work. I aim to create pieces that invite viewers to reflect on their own experiences and interpretations. My hope is that this piece sparks curiosity and conversation, engaging the audience in a meaningful way.

This piece grabbed my attention from the first glance, pulling me back to it again and again. I’m not surprised—it’s exactly the kind of art that draws me in: one that bridges the classical and contemporary, like a hidden story wrapped in shadows, waiting for someone to look closer. Compared to the endless cycle of ‘sci-fi’ scenes saturating the AI art world, this feels different, refreshing. There’s something almost subversive about turning back to older styles and influences, something grounding and full of mystery.
I’ve always been drawn to symbolism, myths, the dark allure of religious iconography, and old stories that carry whispers from the past. This piece has that pull. Her hands, delicate and soft, press against the scaled, dark creature—this raw contrast between fragility and power. Her face remains serene, a hint of silver glitter tracing her cheek, as if she’s embracing the storm. The effect is both beautiful and unsettling, a quiet confrontation where fear and resilience meet in a delicate dance.
From a craft perspective, it’s the details that make this work feel so layered and intricate. The reflections on the silk garments are soft and lifelike, the creature’s teeth sharp and defined, the textures on the background barely noticeable but somehow essential. Each element adds to the story in the quietest of ways, pulling you in to discover just a little bit more. It’s this kind of detail, this art of storytelling, that keeps me coming back.
